- Keith Ellinor Review added: 2018.04.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been dealing with this Company for about 6 months, to get a lounge/stairs/landing carpet replaced after 2 years of being fitted. This Company have gone the extra mile to ensure the customer was re-reimbursed. Two years ago Sutton's of Wickford fitted a new carpet as a result of an Insurance Claim. After the carpet had been fitted for 12 months, a re-stretch was undertaken.After another 12 months Sutton's were consulted and in their expert opinion the carpet was faulty. It took over 6 months of negotiation for the carpet manufacturer to accept their product was faulty. It was delaminating in various locations throughout the carpet.
Sutton's have been outstanding liaising between the Insurance Company & the customer until the manufacturer agreed to replace the carpet free of charge & also to remove the faulty carpet and dispose of it. an outstanding incident of their Customer Care
