- Barrie Richardson Review added: 2018.12.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I paid months in advance in advance for our daughters tennis lessons. JW tennis cancelled the lessons without any notice whatsoever and have kept our subscriptions paid in advance. We had an email 17 days ago promising a refund if we supplied bank details, which we gave them same day, but as yet, no paym,ent has been made. I subsequently emailed them for a response but again no reply has been received. I have checked with other parents who had paid in advance with JW tennis and they have also not received their monies. WHY? Stay well clear of this company. Should no refund be forthcoming in the next 7 days then legal action via the small claims court will be started with legal costs being claimed. JUST REPLY JW!
